At 28 years, Aaliya Khan along with her sister Fareha Khan launched The Islamic Kid Store. Over the Other 7 years, her job responsibilities have been changing drastically with influx of new team members with each passing years. Currently she manages the overall operations of the business like develop marketing plan and drive business development. Maintain strategic partnerships with collaborators and supply companies, stockist, distributors on local and international platforms. Aaliya Khan has a comprehensive vision for the store and ensures that it is implemented across all departments. She manages the overall finances and budgeting of the store.

Aaliya Khan’s objective, through The Islamic Kid Store is to empower women to utilise their creativity and talent to produce high quality affordable Islamic products for the benefit of the masses and to inculcate righteous, spiritual and moral values in young minds through joy and fun.

Aaliya has an all women team working for The Islamic Kid Store PAN India. Right from Kashmir in the north to Kerala in the south as well as from Maharashtra in west to Far East cities. Aaliya Khan was the first runner-up under the best business category at SIB awards held in the UK.

Keeping the theme of Atmanirbhar Bharat, Aaliya Khan has started producing range of exclusive Islamic products which are export world-wide including USA, UK, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia etc. CSR is one of the main objectives of The Islamic Kid Store business structure. It has a Charity Checkout and the amount collected at the end of the month is donated to various NGO and fundraisers. It has non-profit initiatives on website which also has support of other NGOs in which the handicrafts made by slum women are sold online and the payments received are handed over to these women in full.
